How much does it cost? That depends which program you are interested in joining. For example, the WebDwarf V2 Partner Program and the SiteSpinner V2 Partner Program are free to join. Contact us for co-branding and white-labeling programs costs.
Can I earn money by distributing the products? Yes! Once you have signed up as a Partner, any referrals that come as a result of you distributing the products will result in a commission being paid to you.
Is there any mention of other companies in the products? All the products associated with the ISP Partner Program are free of any reference to any other company other than Virtual Mechanics and your company if you select the co-brand option.
Can you describe how the products are 'co-branded'? If you elect to have a co-branded product, we will include your company logo (or an image of your choosing) in the splash (start-up) screen and the About screen. Furthermore, in the Publisher (the tool used to FTP the website to the server), your FTP information is hard-coded in (the user can choose to upload to a different server if they choose. However, your information is permanently embedded). As well, you can place a graphic on the FTP tab as well as company information.
How do I get my commission, and how often do I get paid? Payments are administered by RegNow and details are contained in the RegNow Affiliate contract which can be viewed during the sign-up process. Please be sure to read this contract before signing up for the program.
How do I set up my discount/commission ratio? The amount of discount you decide to pass on to our clients and potential clients determines how much you will keep for yourself. Your discount/commission ratio is set up through your RegNow control panel.
Once I sign up, how long does the program last? Once you sign up for the WebDwarf V2 Partner Program and/or the SiteSpinner V2 Partner Program you are enrolled until further notice. The co-branding options last for a year and need to be renewed after that time. During that year you are entitled to all product updates and upgrades.
Who handles Tech Support? We do. That is, we handle tech support for all product related questions. We do not handle webhosting support. If someone is having problems editing their pages we deal with them directly.
