Registered users of SiteSpinner and SiteSpinner Pro (formerly WebEngine) who purchased after January 1, 2001 can upgrade to the latest releases free of charge.
How to upgrade to the latest release for both SiteSpinner and SiteSpinner Pro.
1. Determine what version you currently have
On the top menu bar of SiteSpinner or SiteSpinner Pro, go to Help > About, and check which version of the software you have.

- If you have SiteSpinner V2.5 'g' or earlier, or WebEngine, go to step 2
- If you have a later version, or SiteSpinner Pro, go to step 4
- If you are installing on a new system, go to step 4

2. Back-up Project and Profile files

3. Uninstall SiteSpinner / Web Engine
In Windows, go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, and select SiteSpinner and/or Web Engine from the list. Select Uninstall.
4. Download the latest release to your computer
Download SiteSpinner Latest release 2.91g
Download SiteSpinner Pro Latest release 2.91h
5. Install the latest release
Double-click the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
Let us know if you encounter any difficulties upgrading.
* Note that Projects edited with the new releases cannot be edited with older releases of the software (projects created with older releases can be edited in the new releases).

3. Uninstall SiteSpinner / Web Engine

- If you uninstalled your previous release, place your Project and Profile files in the appropriate directories as per the instructions here
- If you are installing on a new system, you will need to enter your registration information when you first run the software (see here for information on re-obtaining lost registration information)
