You can post a description of your problem, and a technical support representative will respond with an online reply. The Online Support web page also offers an FAQ section, which has answers to the most common problems.
Connect from SiteSpinnerô by selecting Help>Online Support from the menu bar. You must have an active Internet connection to view the Online Support page.
If you are a registered SiteSpinnerô user, you may fill out an online contact form to request a technical support representative to contact you personally via email. You must provide your product serial number and registration code.
