Page Bar

The Page Bar by default is located along the top edge of the Work Window and to the right of the File Bar. Use these buttons to add, delete, move, edit, or navigate around the pages in your project.

Controls on the Page Bar include the following:

Control Description
Page Selection – Displays the name of the current page. Select from the combo box another project page to open in the Work Window. You may also change the name of the current page by typing a new page name in the combo box. For more information, see Page Names.
Add New Page – Click to insert a new, blank page at the end of your project. For more information, see New Pages.
Cut Page – Click to remove the current page from the project and copy it to the clipboard. For more information, see Cut Page.
Copy Page – Click to duplicate the current page and copy it to the clipboard. For more information, see Copy Page.
Paste Page – Click to insert a cut or copied page from the clipboard. A copied page will copy objects from the original page according to their Copy option. Use the Object Editor dialog box to set an object's copy option. For more information, see Object Editor Dialog Box and Copy Page.
Object Selection – Choose from the combo box an object on the current page to select. You may also change the name of the selected object by typing a new name in the combo box. For more information, see Select Object and Object Names.
Page Editor – This button is hidden by default. Click to open the Page Editor dialog box to modify page properties. For more information, see Page Editor Dialog Box.
Delete Page – This button is hidden by default. Click to remove the active page from the project. Use the Cut option to remove from the project the active page and only the objects on the active page. For more information, see Delete Page.
Page Background – This button is hidden by default. Click to open the Background Tab of the Page Editor dialog box to set the background properties of the current page or all pages in the project. For more information, see Background.
Previous Page – This button is hidden by default. Click to open the preceding page of the project in the Work Window. For more information, see Page Navigation.
Next Page – This button is hidden by default. Click to open the succeeding page of the project in the Work Window. For more information, see Page Navigation.
Previous Object – This button is hidden by default. Click to select the object preceding the currently selected object, as defined in the Object Selection combo box. For more information, see Select Object.
Next Object – This button is hidden by default. Click to select the object succeeding the currently selected object, as defined in the Object Selection combo box. For more information, see Select Object.
